Actually, I think that’s the Latin form of the superlative.
I believe, too, that it should read “walk-in” humidor. An adjective composed of two words should be hyphenated, as in store-bought candy. I didn’t research this, but I am pretty sure it’s correct. Anyway, enough beers, and the sign would be perfect!
